Delete your VINMaven account

In the app

Open VINMaven, go to Account, and tap Delete account. It takes effect right away.

Without the app

Email support@vinmaven.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, name, email and password or Google sign-in.
• Your scans and search history, saved cars, scan credits and plan.
• Loan and insurance requests, and the reviews you wrote.

What we keep

• Payment records, which Stripe keeps as tax and accounting law requires. We never store card numbers.
• A one-way code made from your phone's app ID, which can't identify you. It limits how many free accounts one phone can create. Feedback you sent stays, with nothing linking it to you.
• Crash reports and usage statistics, which carry only a random account ID (never your name or email), until our monitoring providers delete them on their normal schedule.
• Requests you already sent to a lender or insurer are also held by that company under its own privacy policy.
