Your privacy choices
The short version. VINMaven doesn't show ads, doesn't use advertising or social-media pixels, and never sells or shares your data for advertising.
Cookies and storage we use
Only what the site needs to work:
- Signing in to the portal: keeps you signed in, and ends when you sign out, or on its own after 7 days.
- Small settings, like a folded menu or muted sound, kept in your browser and never sent to us.
- This page's switch: remembers your choice below.
We count visits without cookies. We see which pages are popular, not who you are, and nothing follows you to other sites.
Help improve VINMaven
Help improve VINMaven is on.
When it's on, we count page visits and a few taps, like “opened the app store”, without cookies and without your name or email. When it's off, your browser sends us no counts at all. Error reports and speed measurements still reach us either way, without your name or email, so we can fix what broke.
In the app
Account → Privacy has the same switch. Pictures of your license and insurance card stay on your phone: they are never in error reports or recordings.
Your data
You can get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and everything in it: in the app (Account → Delete account), at Delete account, or by emailing support@vinmaven.com. We answer within 45 days. If we say no, you can ask us to look again, and we'll explain our answer.
